开始装修了－艺泰安邦2室2厅1卫 (上团支付宝）小李

房型：K2 面积：116平方 装修公司：十里香 设计师：李设计师  装修队长：何师傅
上团监理：袁监理 装修时间：55天 2008/10/25～2008/12/20
 今天装修正式开始了，选择了上团的十里香，10月11号约设计师去量房，10月14号晚上方案诞生，当晚就签了合同<IMG alt="" src="http://bbs.shtuangou.com/images/smilies/em70.gif" border=0 smilieid="51"> ，之前也谈过几家，感觉都差不多，主要装修过程当中自己多上心吧。<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com<img src=" /><o:p></o:p>
第一天主要是设计师交底：主要是敲墙部分和大概介绍哪些会位置放什么东西，感觉挺快的。
因为参加了“上团的支付宝”，所以当天和上团签了支付宝协议，将10％工程款交给了上团。
然后设计师和上团就离开了；
然后何师傅和我讨论了敲墙的事情，我坚决让装修公司敲墙，如果有其他人过来闹事，我说到时我去处理，我还怕他们不成 ！！！<IMG alt="" src="http://bbs.shtuangou.com/images/smilies/em75.gif" border=0 smilieid="66"> 
本来何师傅说下午打电话给我去物业那里办装修施工许可证的，俺下午睡到了3点多，何师傅还没打电话过来，就打电话过去问问，叫我先到我房子那里一下，我想难道有所谓敲墙队知道我今天敲墙了，热血沸腾的奔过去<IMG alt="" src="http://bbs.shtuangou.com/images/smilies/em49.gif" border=0 smilieid="63"> ，没想到墙已经敲差不多了，还有个厨房门洞没敲，何师傅说厨房门旁边放储藏柜不好看，问我要不要改改这个设计，我想了想没觉得有啥不好看的，就让他敲吧，他说敲墙的刚走，只能明天敲了。
大家注意了，装修公司只是把垃圾最多运到楼下的，还要自己花钱另外找人把垃圾运到指定地点。
大家以后多来踩踩，指点指点, ，每天会实时更新的, 最近金融危机，老美变的很谨慎，项目不多，可以偷偷的多想装修的事情了<IMG alt="" src="http://bbs.shtuangou.com/images/smilies/em24.gif" border=0 smilieid="68">

<DIV class=t_msgfont>答：我们是按工程量来结算的，根据实际做了多少东西，做的多预算就好，做得少预算就低。隐蔽工程都是按实际结算，用多少算多少。 </DIV>
<DIV class=t_msgfont>4.除了小半包部分，自己需要购买那些材料？ </DIV>
<DIV class=t_msgfont>答：水管　橱柜　吊顶　瓷地砖　洁具　水槽　地板　开关　油漆乳胶漆　灯等主材　</DIV>
<DIV class=t_msgfont> 5.主材可以去哪里购买？ </DIV>
<DIV class=t_msgfont>答：主材可以直接去两周一次的团购会（西藏南路518号国美3楼）购买，享受团购价，我们协助施工不另外加收费用。如果没有时间或者大家赶不急参加团购会，我们有代购主材协议，也能让我们帮大家代购，同样享受团购价。如果团购没有此产品，建议大家去超市或正规场所购买，以防假货</DIV></DIV>

装修第二天

 今天上午去了两港兜了一圈，看了百特、威尔斯和斯米克的，不想买太贵的，我了解的价格是百特墙砖大概60元/平方、地砖大概40多/平方（通体砖），威尔斯墙砖大概也是60多/平方、地砖大概70多/平方；斯米克的墙砖和地砖大概110多/平方。百特和威尔斯的通体砖是60cm × 60cm 的，可以在两港切割厂切割成30 × 30 的，百特收费是每刀1元，威尔斯的可以一口价切割（不按切多少块算），如果想买百特的，我想应该也可以这样谈，这边价格虽然实惠些，主要是怕质量不能保证，也不是专业人士，看不出门道来。今天下午联系了清理装修垃圾的人，本来昨天和他们老板谈好是250元，不过是口头上的，今天过来他们的2个工人，说垃圾太多了，要300才行，大家以后如果认为价格可以，要当时就定下来。

今天上班，我爸在家帮我看着了，周末两天在家，整天都在想装修的事情，今天上班到是感觉有种莫名的轻松感，终于可以稍微转移一下精力了<IMG alt="<img" src="./images/smilies/em62.gif" border=0 smilieid="81"> src="./images/smilies/em62.gif" border=0 smilieid="81"> ，昨天莱茵阳光打电话过来说今天测量测量地平，到时敲墙的部分和电线管埋地部分（我是尽量考虑电线少从地上走）要让装修师傅帮我好好处理，不知道XDJM是如何注意这些的（我铺的是复合地板，下面没有龙骨）。早上到公司打电话来说，何师傅和电工已经来了，晚上去看看安排插座的位置。刚才宇邦打电话给我说图纸上午就发给我了，待会收下mail，上传给大家看看。电视背景墙处的插座安排是这样的：多媒体盒部分安排3个插座高度40cm（modem，无线switch，1个备用）、电视下面安排3个插座高度40cm（电视、音响、播放机）、旁边预留再2个高度30cm（备用，像可能用到的加湿器）。沙发并排小茶几插座留3个高度60cm（茶几高度一般是50cm，插座用途是：无绳电话、笔记本电脑、手机充电）。主卧2个床头柜处分别放2个插座高度是60cm，插座用途是：小台灯、手机充电、笔记本电脑（比如冬天在床上用电脑）、小台扇，1个备用。次卧靠近圆弧窗户的小桌子（装修公司做）插座高度要求比小桌子高点。客厅、卧室、餐厅、书房其他的一般插座（不是空调插座）一般就是离地30cm吧。

第三天续

<IMG alt="" src="http://bbs.shtuangou.com/images/smilies/em34.gif" border=0 smilieid="75"> 昨天（装修第三天）晚上电工张师傅说等我到家看看插座的位置是否合适，感觉电工是否还挺负责的<IMG alt="" src="http://bbs.shtuangou.com/images/smilies/em34.gif" border=0 smilieid="75">，6：45到家后看了插座，客厅电视背景墙的插座移动2个到多媒体盒左边，不然和电视插座挤在一起不方便以后使用（电视背景墙插座的作用有：无绳电话插座，modem插座，路由器插座，电视插座，DVD之类音视频插座，音响插座，还有一个备用的（电工师傅说以后如果不需要开空调可以插风扇，其实还有个用途是可以作为加湿器的备用插座^_^））。主卧床跟前的等开关移到报警器附近（原来在床的另一边，这样和门口灯开关距离远了，增加了走线长度），在主卧飘窗下面增加了2个插座（用途是：如果以后在窗台上放个小桌子，在上面用电脑，那么这2个插座可以用于笔记本电脑电源插口，另一个可以作为小风扇或手机充电器的备用插座吧）。次卧的床边的灯开关上移了一些（现在是和强电插座并排在一条直线上的）（上移的考虑是：如果晚上开灯，而此时灯开关旁边的插座插了设备，万一手摸到这个强电插座并拔出了部分可能会触电<IMG alt="" src="http://bbs.shtuangou.com/images/smilies/em70.gif" border=0 smilieid="51"> ，所以上移了）；厨房的图纸给了张师傅，让他按照图纸上放插座就行了。次卫现有的插座可以满足要求就没动，次卫还有灯开关/浴霸/排风扇开关昨天忘告诉了。另外告诉了鞋柜处和书房处插座的位置，忘在书房设置网线插座了<IMG alt="" src="http://bbs.shtuangou.com/images/smilies/em64.gif" border=0 smilieid="47"> ，昨晚加上去了<IMG alt="" src="http://bbs.shtuangou.com/images/smilies/em82.gif" border=0 smilieid="46"> 。其他的插座没发现什么问题。 
昨天看到有3个物业要解决的问题：煤气总开关上面没有一字开关（煤气表处以前有空鼓，不知道是不是处理空鼓的时候把那个拆掉了），马桶漏水（虽然以后不用了，但是现在装修师傅要住在那，一直漏水可不行，节约水资源），还有门的问题，不能很方便关上<IMG alt="" src="http://bbs.shtuangou.com/images/smilies/em60.gif" border=0 smilieid="67">
