杨浦国定路老2房1厅装修日记【上团支付宝小袁+十里香小杨+小半包】

<P>国定路的老公房，准备作为婚房，虽然房子很老，但是希望装修出来效果能新一些。毕竟是人生第一套房，要有新的面貌啊。总的原则是严格控制预算（4万），非关键部位尽量选择名牌的低档产品。比如马桶和水槽都选择罗卡的比较过时的款式，促销价都是599的，另外有100的抵用券，实际价格应该是499。马桶和水槽感觉没必要选择上千的。</P>

<P>10月20号已经开工了，今天是第一篇日记，自己平时要上课备课，晚上也不得闲啊，今天在支付宝小袁谆谆教诲下，决定开始写装修日记。</P>

<P>答：主材部分客户自己购买（因为有了团购买主材很方便）　辅料由我们提供　包括施工（也就是人工费）因为辅料是装修过程中用的最多的，基本上从开始到结束都会用到，而且零零碎碎的，大家自己购买也不方便，上班族更没有时间，所以辅料全部由我们提供TX们可以轻松不少。</P>

<P>小半包的进货渠道，品质？ 答：板材　全部团购购买选用“声达牌”E1级板材（专供百安居）　 辅料　团购商家“阳光五金”提供。 及所有的人工费。</P>

<P>答：我们是按工程量来结算的，根据实际做了多少东西，做的多预算就好，做得少预算就低。隐蔽工程都是按实际结算，用多少算多少。 </P>

<P>答：主材可以直接去两周一次的团购会（西藏南路518号国美3楼）购买，享受团购价，我们协助施工不另外加收费用。如果没有时间或者大家赶不急参加团购会，我们有代购主材协议，也能让我们帮大家代购，同样享受团购价。如果团购没有此产品，建议大家去超市或正规场所购买，以防假货</P>

LZ房子是不是在政民路啊？装修到哪里了啊？

LZ小半包的价钱是多少啊？

我家的小半包是1万8，加上拆旧的。因为房子里面每家的要求是不一样的啊。像我家的三房，有的好象是要2万多，就是看你家里做的量啦。
啊哦，我又帮十里香在做广告啦。等一下去收广告费。
